Quality Manager

Quality Manager | Dimona, Israel

A leading industrial company, developing and manufacturing a wide range of advanced energy and battery solutions for defense customers in Israel and worldwide, is looking for a Quality Manager to join its team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Professional responsibility for the Quality function within a small department (approximately 3 employees).
• Report directly to the Quality Manager.
• Serve as the professional authority for quality matters (no direct people management).
• Lead and monitor quality processes across a diverse product portfolio.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
• Work closely with major industrial and defense customers, including Elbit Systems and others.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Management – Required.
• Experience in a manufacturing/industrial company – Required.
• Candidates whose experience is primarily in the pharmaceutical industry are less suitable for this role.

What We Offer:

• Salary: ILS 12,000–14,000 (depending on experience).
• Meals provided.
• Travel reimbursement and transportation from Be'er Sheva.
• Full-time position: Sunday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
