Located in central Israel (walking distance from major train stations), operating on a hybrid work model with 2 days WFH per week.

Role Description-

• Joining a core Backend squad responsible for building greenfield enterprise services and scaling primary product modules.
• Driving architectural decisions, designing robust server-side infrastructure, and solving high-scale engineering challenges.
• Working in global cross-functional squads with continuous international collaboration in English.
• Hands-on development using Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, PostgreSQL, and AWS within a continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) ecosystem.

Requirements-

• 5 years of hands-on Backend software development experience – Mandatory
• Proven experience developing server-side applications with Node.js – Mandatory
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript – Mandatory
• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technological discipline – Mandatory
• Experience with NestJS framework – Advantage
• Background in Relational Databases (PostgreSQL) and Cloud-native architectures (AWS) – Advantage
• Experience working with high-scale distributed systems, microservices, or Fintech/InsurTech platforms – Advantage
