Role Description A large, leading organization is looking for an experienced Data & AI Project Manager to join a key technology team.

This role combines technology project management, systems analysis, Data & AI solution delivery, and hands-on experience developing AI applications.

What will you do?

• Take end-to-end ownership of AI projects, including professional, operational, financial, and budget objectives.

• Build project plans, timelines, resource plans, and delivery roadmaps.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a complex matrix environment.

• Manage and track the unit’s AI project portfolio.

• Provide professional guidance and support to other project managers.

• Analyze and define systems, interfaces, and data sources.

• Design solution architectures using existing enterprise platform components.

• Lead development, testing, implementation, and production deployment processes.

• Support AI-related professional activities, including training sessions and industry events.

Must-Have Requirements

✓ 5+ years of experience in Systems Analysis.

✓ 2+ years of experience in Project Management.

✓ 1+ year of experience managing Data & AI projects.

✓ 1+ year of hands-on experience developing AI applications.

✓ Experience managing tasks, timelines, resources, and budgets.

✓ Proven experience working in matrix environments and managing multiple stakeholders.

✓ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.

✓ Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and execution skills.
