Software Engineer Team Lead

A multi-billion-dollar global leader in Revenue Intelligence and AI-driven B2B sales optimization. The company develops an advanced Enterprise AI platform that analyzes omni-channel customer interactions (voice, video, and email) to deliver actionable deal insights, automated workflow optimization, and accurate revenue forecasting.

The company employs over 1,500 professionals globally, with roughly half based in its primary Israeli R&D hub.

Located in central Israel (walking distance from major train and light rail stations), operating on a hybrid work model.

Role Description-

• Joining as an R&D Infrastructure / Enablement Team Lead, direct management of 3–5 core software developers with a ~40–50% hands-on orientation.
• Leading the Application Infrastructure squad responsible for developer velocity, core application libraries, architectural standards, reliability, and platform scalability across all R&D.
• Architecting scalable backend services, monitoring tools, automation pipelines, and data sourcing management tools.
• Hands-on development in Java / Spring Boot on top of AWS, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and OpenSearch.
• Serving as the primary technical partner for application development teams, providing architectural solutions, standards, and framework tooling.

Requirements-

• 8+ years of hands-on software development experience (Java, Kotlin, Scala, Python, Go, or Node.js) – Mandatory
• 2+ years of experience leading software engineering teams – Mandatory
• Deep technical experience with Spring / Spring Boot framework – Mandatory
• Proven background in Core Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, Architecture, or Application Infrastructure (Infra / Core / Platform / IC) – Mandatory
• Experience with Cloud-native environments (AWS), containerization (Kubernetes), and modern databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, OpenSearch) – Advantage
