🚀 ONE Technologies is Hiring | Senior Cyber Researcher (Red Team / Penetration Tester)

ONE Technologies is looking for an experienced Cyber Researcher to join a leading government organization in Central Israel.
If you're passionate about offensive security, penetration testing, and Red Team operations, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
🔹 Conduct application, infrastructure, and cloud penetration tests
🔹 Lead Red Team engagements against critical environments
🔹 Identify complex security vulnerabilities and work with development and infrastructure teams to remediate them
🔹 Collaborate with SOC, IR, and security teams
🔹 Produce high-quality technical and executive reports
🔹 Enhance and develop attack methodologies
Requirements:
✔️ 5+ years of experience in Penetration Testing and/or Red Team engagements
✔️ Strong expertise in Web Security, Active Directory, and Infrastructure Attacks
✔️ Hands-on experience with Burp Suite, Nessus, Nmap, Metasploit, and BloodHound
✔️ Scripting experience with Python, Bash, or PowerShell
✔️ Solid understanding of networking and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Nice to Have: ➕ API & Mobile Security Testing
➕ Familiarity with OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK, and NIST frameworks
➕ Certifications such as OSCP, OSEP, or OSWE
