Job Description – Engine Maintenance Engineer (MRO).

A leading MRO facility within the Aviation Division is looking for an Engine Maintenance Engineer to join our professional engineering team.

The role includes:

• Responsibility for engine receiving, inspection, repair, and ongoing maintenance processes at the facility.
• Leading engineering processes and driving technical problem-solving activities.
• Managing and coordinating tasks across multiple interfaces to ensure engine availability and meet organizational goals.
• Representing the engineering field מול internal teams, external partners, and customers.
• Analyzing technical failures and implementing corrective actions according to strict aviation standards and safety requirements.
• Working closely with maintenance teams, project managers, engineering teams, and global customers.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering – mandatory.
• Experience in jet engine maintenance – an advantage.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• High-level English proficiency, including the ability to conduct professional discussions with international customers.

The Aviation Division provides comprehensive maintenance services for aircraft, engines, and components under one roof. The services include heavy maintenance, modifications, upgrades, and conversion of passenger aircraft into cargo aircraft.
