Quality Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure effective implementation of the Quality Management System across all areas of the company’s operations.
• Maintain the controlled document system, including preparation, review, revision, and updating of quality documents.
• Initiate, write, and follow up on Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Handle and follow up on customer complaints and change controls.
• Coordinate and maintain employee training and qualification records.
• Plan and conduct internal audits in accordance with the Quality Manual, applicable procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Support the organization in preparing for and participating in external audits and regulatory inspections.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering – required.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field – a significant advantage.

Professional Requirements:

• Previous experience in Quality Assurance within the medical device industry – required.
• Familiarity with ISO 13485 – required.

Language Requirements:

• Hebrew – Full proficiency.
• English – Full proficiency.
