UX/UI Designer

Cello (formerly Cellopark) is an Israeli technology company delivering smart mobility solutions for consumers and businesses. Our products serve hundreds of thousands of users through mobile and web platforms, offering services such as parking, EV charging, car washes, fueling, roadside assistance, and fleet management.

We are looking for a Product Designer (UX/UI). The role includes owning end-to-end design across our web platform and app, simplifying complex user flows, maintaining our Figma design system, and partnering closely with the Product Manager and R&D team to ship features that feel effortless to use.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product (UX/UI) Designer in a B2C, B2B, or eCommerce company.
• Experience designing for both web and mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, problem-solving, and visual design skills.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, and Variables.
• Experience leading the full design process, from discovery and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and developer handoff.

·        Experience building, maintaining and contributing to a design system.

• Strong visual design and branding skills, with excellent UX execution.
• Ability to work independently as the sole designer in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use research, analytics, and A/B testing to drive design decisions.
• Professional English (written and spoken).

Advantages

• Experience designing complex platforms, editors, or builder interfaces.
• Motion design and prototyping experience (Figma, After Effects, Lottie).
• Experience conducting user research or usability testing.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for effective collaboration with developers.
