We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager with 2-3 years of dedicated experience to join our growing media team and scale our paid campaigns.

What You Will Do

• Set up, optimize, and manage large-scale paid campaigns primarily on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), with opportunities to support Google, TikTok, and digital newsletter platforms.
• Handle and test high volumes of ad copy and creative assets to maximize ROI.
• Closely monitor daily campaign pacing, forecast performance, and provide data-driven recommendations to ensure KPIs hit target budgets.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution from planning to launch.
• Test targeting strategies and keep up with the latest industry trends and best practices.
  
  

• 2+ years hands on experience managing paid social campaigns (Facebook and Instagram) with large media budgets
• Ecommerce industry experience is required
• Solid understanding of performance marketing KPIs, financial metrics, and daily optimization (targeting, testing, and analysis).
• Strong forecasting skills and the ability to manage extensive creative asset pipelines.
• Native English speaker.
