About the Role

A fast-growing, innovative medical technology company is seeking an experienced, visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization into its next stage of commercial growth, strategic expansion, and clinical impact.

We are developing groundbreaking non-invasive wearable technology designed for continuous physiological monitoring and early detection of cardiovascular disease long before clinical symptoms manifest.

As CEO, you will partner closely with the founders and board of directors to define strategic vision, drive commercialization, secure strategic partnerships, and lead cross-functional teams spanning R&D, clinical development, regulatory, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Drive the overall vision, business strategy, and operational execution to transition innovative wearable technology from development to full-scale market commercialization.
• Capital & Growth Management: Lead future fundraising efforts, engage investor networks, and manage investor relations to ensure long-term capital efficiency and financial stability.
• Commercialization & Partnerships: Identify and forge key strategic partnerships across digital health networks, healthcare providers, sports physiology sectors, and commercial distributors.
• Regulatory & Clinical Alignment: Work alongside clinical and regulatory advisors to ensure product compliance, clinical validation, and successful pathways for medical device approvals (e.g., FDA/CE).
• Operational & Cultural Excellence: Foster a high-performance, collaborative workplace culture, driving cross-functional alignment across hardware/software engineering, clinical research, and marketing.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven Leadership: 10+ years of executive leadership experience (CEO) within the Medical Device, MedTech, Digital Health, or Wearable Tech industries.
• Track Record in Commercialization: Demonstrated success in taking early- or growth-stage health technology products to market, navigating regulatory environments, and scaling operations.
• Fundraising & Investor Relations: Proven history of successfully raising capital from venture capital, institutional investors, or strategic corporate partners.
• Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of physiological monitoring, cardiovascular health, or health-data ecosystems is highly desirable.
• Educational Background: Advanced degree in Business (MBA), Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
