Marketing Automation Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team and take ownership of designing, building, and optimizing end-to-end customer journeys across multiple customer touch points and business processes.

This role combines marketing expertise, strong analytical capabilities, and a deep understanding of customer lifecycle management.

The ideal candidate is experienced in data-driven communication strategies, proficient in marketing automation and BI platforms, and comfortable collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver seamless customer experiences and measurable business impact.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Design, implement, and optimize automated customer journeys across the customer lifecycle, including acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
• Build and manage operational customer communication flows, leveraging segmentation, behavioral triggers, and personalized messaging to drive engagement and business outcomes.
• Monitor journey and funnel performance, identify friction points and drop-offs, and proactively recommend optimization opportunities using data and insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track journey performance, communication effectiveness, customer behavior, and key business KPIs.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, Analytics, Compliance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure customer journeys align with business objectives and customer needs.
• Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests and experimentation initiatives to improve customer engagement, conversion, retention, and overall experience.
• Ensure all customer communications meet organizational, regulatory, and operational standards.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing automation, customer journey orchestration, and digital communications.
  
  

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Solitics, etc.).
• Proven experience designing, building, and optimizing customer journeys and automated communication workflows.
• Experience creating and managing operational customer communications and lifecycle marketing programs.
• Strong proficiency with BI and analytics tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and the ability to independently analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Proven track record managing multi-channel communications, including push notifications, in-app messaging, SMS, email, and web experiences.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify customer behavior patterns and translate insights into optimization opportunities.
• Native Hebrew speaker.
• Excellent English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Operations, Compliance, Analytics, and Marketing.
• Creative problem-solver with a hands-on approach, strong execution skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

• Experience working in highly regulated industries.
• Experience working with financial products, fintech environments, banking, payments, lending, or other regulated industries.
• Experience with customer segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and customer engagement measurement methodologies.
