Food Technologist JB-5358

A leading ice cream chain is seeking a Food Technologist for a key role responsible for developing and improving the company's products, adapting recipes, and leading quality assurance and quality control processes at the company's manufacturing facility.

The role involves independent work in a manufacturing environment, direct interaction with the company's management, and the opportunity to influence products from the development stage through full-scale production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve recipes and new products in the fields of ice cream and food products.
• Modify and enhance existing products according to business and production requirements.
• Work with raw materials, suppliers, and manufacturing processes.
• Perform quality assurance and monitor production processes.
• Implement procedures and drive process improvements within the manufacturing facility.
• Resolve technological issues and provide professional expertise in food technology.
• Work closely with the company's management team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or another relevant field.
• Previous experience as a Food Technologist in the food industry.
• Experience in product and recipe development – a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, quality assurance, and quality control.
• Ability to work independently, strong attention to detail, and creative thinking.
