AI Project Manager and Systems Analysis

We are looking for an experienced AI Project Manager and Systems Analysis to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading AI and Data projects from planning through execution, ensuring the successful delivery of business, technical, operational, and budget objectives. You will manage project portfolios, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help drive AI initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI and Data projects, ensuring delivery on scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Manage and monitor an AI project portfolio while guiding other project managers.
• Support AI domain activities, including training sessions and AI-related events.
• Analyze and define business and system requirements.
• Design system architectures using existing platform capabilities.
• Define data interfaces and data sources.
• Plan and coordinate testing activities.
• Work closely with technical and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Systems Analysis - Must
• 2+ years of experience in Project Management - Must
• At least 1 year of experience managing AI and Data projects - Must
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience developing AI applications - Must
• Strong knowledge of cloud architecture - Must
• Experience with SQL and vector databases - Must
• Experience using AI-powered software development tools - Must
• Knowledge of data analysis and generating business insights - Must
• Experience developing Machine Learning and AI models - Must
• Ability to present technical and analytical findings to business stakeholders.
• Strong project planning, task tracking, and budget management skills.
• Experience working in a matrix organization.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
