Information Systems Analyst | Herzliya

Mertens Malam Team is hiring an Information Systems Analyst to join a large organization in Herzliya

The role includes end-to-end systems analysis, from gathering business needs and analyzing processes to writing complex functional and technical specifications, leading projects, supporting development and acceptance testing, and taking full responsibility for systems after production launch

Key Responsibilities

Perform end-to-end systems analysis across business and technology processes

Gather and analyze business requirements

Write complex functional and technical specification documents

Lead projects and manage cross-functional teams in a matrix environment

Support development processes and user acceptance testing

Lead system implementation and deployment processes

Take full ownership of systems after production launch

Manage change requests and system incidents

Present project status updates to management and business units

Work with SQL

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in systems analysis

Experience establishing at least one new system

Experience working with the Gilboa system

Experience writing complex functional and technical specifications

At least 1 year of experience in project management and systems integration

Bachelor’s degree is required

Information Systems Analysis certification or a relevant academic degree is a significant advantage

Knowledge of SQL is an advantage
