Cloud Security and AI Architect | Shfela Region

Mertens - Malam Team is looking for an experienced Cloud Security and AI Architect to join a leading organization in the Shfela region and lead the design and implementation of secure cloud and AI architectures across advanced enterprise environments

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of security architecture for AWS and Azure cloud environments

Design security architecture for AI and Machine Learning systems and GenAI solutions

Support business and technology projects using a Security by Design approach

Guide organizational AI initiatives from the initial concept stage through production deployment

Identify and manage risks including Prompt Injection Data Leakage Model Abuse and Supply Chain threats

Define security controls for models APIs data and AI platforms

Develop AI Governance policies and secure usage procedures

Evaluate AI vendors and technologies from security and compliance perspectives and support the implementation of selected solutions

Collaborate with data development cloud legal and compliance teams

Monitor emerging AI regulations standards and industry requirements

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in information security and secure cloud architecture

Strong understanding of AI and Machine Learning models LLMs and MLOps environments

Hands on experience with AWS and Azure and familiarity with leading Cloud Security tools

Knowledge of AI security risks and relevant protection solutions

Experience in policy development risk management and security architecture

Hands on experience with Azure OpenAI AWS Bedrock or similar platforms

Hands on experience with AI Security products such as Prompt Security Lasso Security or similar solutions

Ability to work effectively with a wide range of business and technology stakeholders
