Mertens MalamTeam is hiring an experienced System Administrator for a defense organization in Central Israel

This role requires a highly skilled responsible and service oriented IT professional with the ability to lead projects and complex processes

Key Responsibilities

Provide end to end computing solutions for projects including infrastructure IT environments and endpoint products

Upgrade integrate and implement systems and technologies according to project requirements

Operate and maintain information security systems

Monitor support and maintain local and remote system environments

Build implement maintain and upgrade isolated virtual and physical environments

Manage VMware and Microsoft infrastructure for projects and organizational systems

Provide professional technical support according to customer requirements

Requirements

At least 5 years of proven hands on experience as an IT team member

Strong knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure including Active Directory DHCP Group Policy and DNS with experience in implementation and administration

Experience with Windows operating systems and Windows Server environments

Experience supporting endpoint devices including laptops workstations tablets and customer products

Ability to write scripts using PowerShell and Bash

Experience with VMware virtual environments version 7 or later including installation operation and maintenance

Experience with Hyper V virtual environments

Familiarity with Dell HPE and Supermicro server hardware as well as endpoint devices and workstations

Willingness to travel abroad
