Technical Project Manager

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Translate complex business requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Write comprehensive functional & technical specifications (business logic, workflows, system screens, and data structures).
• Define Features, User Stories, and Use Cases.
• Design & plan system data models to support system architecture.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to deliver optimal user experiences.
• Break down requirements into actionable Dev & QA tasks in project management tools.
• Guide development teams throughout the full SDLC, serving as the subject matter expert for specs and data.

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in Information Systems Project Management
• Must-Have: Proven experience with databases — data modeling, structure planning, and ERD design.
• Must-Have: Strong hands-on SQL skills.
• Proven track record in writing detailed functional and technical specification documents.
• Deep understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
• Hands-on experience working directly with Developers, QA engineers, and UX/UI specialists.
