DevOps Team Lead

abra's Cloud division is seeking a DevOps Team Lead to join our team in Ra'anana.

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Team Lead who will lead the planning and implementation of complex cloud infrastructures based on Microsoft Azure. The role requires extensive practical experience in Azure, alongside team leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading, mentoring, and professional development of a team of DevOps engineers.
• Responsibility for technical planning and implementing advanced services in a Microsoft Azure environment.
• Defining and enforcing engineering standards, including IaC, CI/CD, and documentation.
• Planning and implementing automation solutions for operating and maintaining cloud environments.
• Managing technical relationships with clients, translating requirements into architecture, and prioritizing tasks.
  
  

• At least 5+ years of experience in DevOps.
• Experience working with: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, Pulumi, Ansible, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps.
• 5+ years of experience in the cloud domain, including 3+ years specialization in Microsoft Azure.
• Proven experience in leading or mentoring a technical team.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep) and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions).
• Hands-on experience with containers (Kubernetes, AKS, Docker) and Linux networking.
• Scripting capabilities in two of the following languages: PowerShell, Python, Bash, Go.
• Experience in roles requiring client interaction and leading technical discussions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities in Hebrew and English.
  
  

• Experience working in critical production environments and on-call rotations.
• Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-400, AZ-305).
• Experience with Azure security, governance, and FinOps tools.
• Familiarity with other clouds (AWS/GCP) and Multi-Cloud architectures.
• Familiarity with GitOps tools (ArgoCD/Flux) and centralized log platforms (ELK).
