Software Team Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Team Leader who will lead and be a part of building one of our development team.

As a Full Stack Team Leader here, will be hands-on (60%) and you’ll be managing the development of new features .

We emphasize high-quality development with high coding standards and cutting-edge technologies.

Requirements

• At least 5 years experience as a software engineer developing both frontend and backend.
• At least 2 years leading a development team.
• Experience in NodeJS / python
• Experience in Angular / React
• Experience with docker, Kubernetes
• Experience with CI /CD tools - advantage.
• Experience working with Databases like PostgreSQL , Redis , Mongo , ElasticSearch etc
• Understanding of web architectures and especially microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools (Claude, ChatGPT).
• Strong understanding of AI-driven software development workflows.
• Experience integrating LLMs and AI APIs into production applications- Advantage
