Technical Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced R&D Project Manager to lead cross product\division projects. As a member of the Cross Project Management team you will be responsible for managing the project scope, schedule, quality, and risks as well as communication with all stakeholders while working with many R&D teams, Product Management, Operation, Services and the PMO. In this role, you will also act as a catalyst for AI transformation, identifying opportunities to build and implement automated solutions that elevate our operational efficiency t.

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Plan project activities along with dependences and significant milestones

● Establish needed processes to support the project goals and lifecycle

● Track project execution, navigating it to accomplish its deliverables and goals

● Maintain visibility and transparency of all project aspect to all relevant stakeholders, as well as track projects KPIs and metrics

● Identify, manage and track risks and dependencies

● Escalate and track impediments

● Encourage collaboration between teams and other stakeholders

● Work with the Project Management Office (PMO) on projects execution and operational excellence

● Architect and prototype AI-driven workflows and automations (e.g., custom agents, LLM integrations, or scripts) to streamline project reporting and data synthesis.

● Identify "low-hanging fruit" for AI intervention across the R&D lifecycle and develop proof-of-concept tools to eliminate manual overhead.

● Data Driven Decisioning mindset

Job requirements:

● A B.Sc. in computer science or a related discipline

● At least 2-3 years of previous experience as R&D technical project management experience in an international (Mandatory) software development organization

● Demonstrated experience working in an Agile development organization, preferably at scale

● Understanding of all Software Development Life Cycle and ability to clearly convey messages and statuses. You should feel equally comfortable discussing technical details with engineers as well as executive summary recaps with management

● Outstanding analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally

● Technical "Builder" mindset: Proven ability to move beyond basic tool usage by creating custom automations or small-scale technical solutions to solve workflow gaps

● Working knowledge of the AI/LLM landscape, including prompt engineering and the ability to leverage APIs or low-code environments for process optimization

● Can do attitude mindset, ability to push projects through

● Detail-oriented perspective, be focused, reliable and highly organized

● Proficiency in English and Hebrew, both written and spoken Advantages:

● An MBA or M.Sc ● PMI/PMP certification

● Hands-on experience with Confluence, Aha!, Jira, Monday and BI tools

● Experience with Python, JavaScript, or similar scripting languages used for data manipulation and automation

● Experience building custom GPTs, LangChain agents, or integrating AI into standard project management stacks
