Senior Product Designer

Horizon is hiring a Product Designer to create intuitive, high-converting interfaces and seamless trading experiences at lightning speed.

You will be responsible for designing the complex UX/UI workflows, cross-platform solutions, and visual language that turn technical capabilities into a frictionless consumer product.

This is not a pixel-pushing role. We are looking for a proven, data-driven B2C designer who understands consumer psychology, deep product functionality, and high-speed marketing needs.

What you’ll do

• Bridge Product & Marketing: Ensure our design solutions serve both the functional needs of a complex trading platform and the rapid conversion needs of the growth team.
• Design for the User: Deeply analyze and characterize our different user segments, creating tailored design solutions that solve real problems for each type of trader.
• Sync the Vision: Work cross-functionally across all teams in parallel, synchronizing the high-level product vision with the execution of the existing platform.
• Data-Driven Execution: Make bold design choices backed by hard data. You must have data-based answers for why a design works or fails.
• Move Fast: Work at lightning speed to design, prototype, and ship features under tight deadlines, testing and refining constantly.

Requirements

• A proven Product Designer with a stunning portfolio of successful B2C products (Fintech/Trading experience is highly preferred).
• Deeply analytical—you don’t just make things look good; you understand conversion, user psychology, and performance metrics.
• Highly creative, with an exceptional eye for aesthetics and a holistic understanding of the product.
• Able to thrive under pressure, tight timeframes, and fast release cycles.
• Highly autonomous—capable of taking an abstract idea and driving it to a shipped design quickly.
• Hungry to lead, make a massive impact, and build a category-defining product from the ground up.

Note on our process We are looking for top-tier talent. Candidates who show strong potential will be given a practical take-home assignment (creating a brand kit and a landing page concept) to present their strategic reasoning, design choices, and the "why" behind them.

About Horizon Horizon is building the agentic interface for trading. Users can describe a trading idea, backtest it across years of market data, improve it with AI, and deploy it to their broker without writing code or building complex infrastructure. We are a VC-backed fintech startup (backed by Entrée Capital) with a young, highly ambitious team building a category-defining company. We recently came out of stealth, with more than 23,000 traders signed up before launch. This is not a comfortable corporate role. You will be expected to think independently, move fast, test constantly, and create work that directly impacts the company's growth.
