We are looking for an experienced Data Delivery Manager to lead and drive end‑to‑end data and BI solutions. This role is a unique opportunity to manage high-performing development teams, shape data architecture, and deliver impactful, organization-wide data solutions. You will work at the intersection of business and technology, leading complex projects and driving innovation across Data and AI domains

What you’ll do?

• Managing and providing professional guidance to the department’s development teams, while fostering both their technical and professional grow
• End-to-end responsibility for the development, implementation, and maintenance of DWH and analytical data solutions
• Leading data integration solutions and data movement across operational and business systems
• Promoting and developing solutions for data processing, extraction, and classification from structured and unstructured data sources, including documents
• Defining and designing solution architectures for projects within the department, aligning with business needs and organizational standards
• Leading technological projects from requirements definition through design, development, implementation, and production deployment
• Managing interfaces with business stakeholders, technology units, vendors, and partners
• Managing work plans, budgets, resources, and priorities in alignment with organizational goals
• Promoting innovation and implementing advanced technologies in the fields of Data and AI.

What are we looking for?

• At least 10 years of experience in BI, Data, and enterprise data solutions
• At least 5 years of experience managing development teams and managers within a matrix organizational structure
• Proven experience leading complex technological projects and implementing cross-organizational solutions
• Experience in defining technological solutions and leading them from business requirements through to full implementation
• Experience in managing work plans, budgets, resource planning and allocation, prioritization, and performance monitoring

Full-time, Sunday-Thursday, 9 hours per day, hybrid
