Field Sales Manager - Cyber

We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Field Sales Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead end-to-end sales processes in Israel, develop new business opportunities, and help small and medium-sized businesses adopt cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions and services.

What You'll Do

• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through contract signing.
• Identify, develop, and acquire new business opportunities.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective customers across Israel.
• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored cybersecurity solutions.
• Prepare commercial proposals and lead opportunities through successful closure.
• Negotiate with IT Managers, CISOs, CTOs, and other senior decision-makers.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with technical pre-sales and internal support teams to deliver the best customer experience.

Requirements

• 1-4 yeara of experience managing full-cycle field sales.
• Experience selling technology services, IT solutions, or SaaS solutions – a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity and information security solutions – an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Valid driver's license – required.
