About the Role

We are looking for an ERP Implementation Specialist to lead the rollout and ongoing optimisation of our Priority ERP system across global renewable energy operations. This is a strategic, cross-functional role: you will work closely with teams across Finance, Operations, Procurement, and Legal to understand their needs, translate them into precise system requirements, and drive delivery through our implementation partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with department stakeholders to gather, define, and prioritise system requirements, with a primary focus on the global Finance function.
• Lead implementation initiatives end-to-end: from requirements definition and specification review through UAT, change control, and go-live.
• Act as the single point of accountability between internal stakeholders and the external implementation team, ensuring deliverables are on scope, on time, and to standard.
• Design and maintain system approval flows, access controls, and BPM workflows in line with internal controls and audit requirements (ITGC / SOX).
• Drive adoption and system utilisation across the organisation through structured training programmes, clear documentation, and ongoing support.
• Oversee integrations between Priority and adjacent platforms, including BI tools, monday.com, and others as the business evolves.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience implementing and managing Priority ERP, with particular depth in Finance and Logistics modules.
• Strong financial literacy — solid understanding of corporate accounting, multi-entity structures, and international regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated experience managing external implementation or development teams, holding vendors accountable to scope and quality.
• Familiarity with ITGC and SOX audit requirements and change-control best practices.
• Excellent communication skills in English; comfortable operating across global, cross-functional teams.
• Background in renewable energy or complex infrastructure environments is a distinct advantage.
