About the position:

As Head of Product, you will lead the strategic evolution of our Product organization, overseeing both our Games Product and R&D Product domains. Your primary mission is to be an organizational builder- designing the systems, methodologies, and culture that empower your team to make exceptional product decisions across the company.

Working in close partnership with the CEO and executive leadership, you will scale and lead the Product department’s role as a key strategic partner, driving the transformation of business opportunities into industry-leading products.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the CEO and Head of Business Strategy to ensure the product portfolio, roadmap, and investments are aligned with long-term business objectives and agreed KPIs.
• Shape and drive a visionary product strategy and roadmap that seamlessly translates company objectives into high-performing products.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a top- preforming product department. Focus on mentoring and cultivating a culture rooted in ownership, curiosity, and continuous learning.
• Elevate product standards, foster data-informed decision-making, and champion the adoption of AI-enabled product methodologies to drive exceptional quality across the board.
• Maintain a coherent product vision across our gaming and R&D while actively supporting the autonomy, ownership, and decision-making capabilities of our Product Team Leads.
• Partner closely with Business Strategy, R&D, Operations, Studio and Program teams to align execution with strategy and close the feedback loop between vision and outcomes.
  
  

• Proven track record of successfully leading, scaling, and mentoring high-performing Product organizations in fast-growing environments
• Experience in gaming, iGaming, entertainment, or player-facing digital products is a strong advantage, especially when combined with genuine curiosity and passion for player experiences.
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with R&D and Business leadership to influence executive decision-making.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and organizational design abilities, with experience driving operational change and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills to balance short-term execution with long-term capability building.
• Experience working within AI-enabled product environments is a strong advantage.
