We are looking for an experienced IT PMO to support the planning, governance, and delivery of a diverse portfolio of complex technology projects.

The role involves close collaboration with Project Managers, IT teams, senior management, and business stakeholders. Key responsibilities include building and monitoring project budgets, managing work plans and timelines, preparing status reports and dashboards, supporting data-driven decision-making, and implementing project management methodologies to improve organizational efficiency.

Requirements:

• 3–8 years of experience in IT project management or a PMO role within a technology environment
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with project management methodologies, preferably Agile/Scrum
• At least 3 years of experience managing or monitoring project budgets
• At least 3 years of experience using project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Sciforma, or similar PPM platforms, including Monday.com or Smartsheet
• Proven ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders, including IT teams, senior management, and business functions
• Full professional proficiency in both English and Hebrew, written and spoken
