We're Hiring: Head of Contact Center Operations
📍 Location: Ashdod, Israel
💰 Salary: ILS 22,000–25,000 + Performance Bonus
We are seeking an experienced Head of Contact Center Operations to join our executive leadership team and lead a large-scale contact center operation.
Key Requirements:
- Extensive experience managing large contact center operations – mandatory.
- Experience must be specifically in contact center management (general management experience is not relevant).
- Proven experience leading senior managers and large operational teams.
- Full P&L responsibility and budget management experience.
- Proven experience managing operations in the Israeli market.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving operational excellence and business results.
Strong Advantage:
- Experience in the telecommunications/mobile industry, managing high-volume contact centers.
