Spikerz is a fast-growing cybersecurity startup protecting the social media and advertising accounts of some of the world’s biggest and most recognizable brands.

Our platform helps global organizations secure their digital presence, manage employee and agency access, detect account threats, prevent impersonation, and protect the channels through which they communicate with millions of customers.

Our offices are located near Sarona in Tel Aviv. We work primarily from the office, with one work-from-home day per week.

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Product Designer to serve as Spikerz’s sole design function and take full ownership of product design.

This is a builder role for someone who can move from customer research and product definition to UX, UI, design systems, implementation, and continuous improvement.

You will work closely with the founders, product, and development teams, directly influencing what we build and how we build it.

• Own the complete product design process, from research and problem definition to implementation.
• Conduct customer interviews, user research, and usability testing.
• Define product requirements and contribute to PRDs, user stories, flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate complex cybersecurity workflows into clear and intuitive experiences.
• Build, document, maintain, and scale the company’s design system.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and detailed interaction specifications.
• Support developers throughout implementation, answer product questions, review builds, and ensure design quality.
• Use AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, and other AI platforms to accelerate research, product definition, prototyping, design, and development collaboration.
• Support marketing and brand design when needed, alongside our external agency.

• 5+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS.
• A strong builder mindset and the ability to turn ideas into working product experiences.
• Proven experience building and maintaining scalable design systems, including components, variables, tokens, libraries, documentation, and governance.
• Advanced Figma skills, including Auto Layout, responsive components, variants, properties, variables, prototyping, and developer handoff.
• Strong UX, UI, interaction, visual design, and graphic design capabilities.
• Experience contributing to product requirements, PRDs, user stories, and feature definition.
• Strong experience using AI tools as part of the daily product design workflow.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and take full ownership.
• Good spoken and written English for direct conversations with customers.

• Previous experience designing cybersecurity products.
• Experience with complex dashboards, permissions, alerts, and data-heavy enterprise workflows.
• Familiarity with front-end development and design-to-code workflows.
