Head of Operations

Adge is an AI creative platform, part of Publicis Groupe. We're growing fast and hiring a Head of Operations to own how we run and scale.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who builds operating systems, not just runs them. You'll own how the business operates day to day, manage a small team, and work closely with product to turn how we work into something that scales. 

• You've owned operations in a fast-moving company — ideally 0-1 or early-scale, where you built the system rather than inherited it.
• You get your satisfaction from the machine running well, not from the credit. Low ego, high ownership.
• You think in systems and owners: who owns the decision, what artifact gets produced, when, who approves it, what happens when it's incomplete, and what metric says it worked.
• You're fluent enough in product to tell the difference between "this needs a feature," "this needs a better process," and "this needs better inputs" — and to hand product and engineering a real requirement, not a complaint.
• You're a strong manager of people who are themselves builders.
• You speak and write clearly and think commercially. You can switch context between a vendor conversation, an SOP, and a leadership-ready framing without changing gears awkwardly.

• The operating model and SOPs are current, trusted, and actually followed — not a doc nobody opens.
• A meaningful share of what used to be manual is now handled by product or automation, with the evidence to prove it.
• The marketplace team hits its capacity and quality targets and runs without you in every loop.
• The CEO has materially more leverage because you exist.

• Background in adtech, martech, creative production, or agency-side operations.
• Marketplace or two-sided platform operations experience.
• Experience translating manual service delivery into product.
