What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing through onboarding.
• Conduct phone and face-to-face interviews.
• Proactively source candidates through professional networks and online platforms.
• Develop and expand recruitment channels and talent pipelines.
• Manage job postings and support employer branding initiatives across social media and various platforms.
• Partner closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Utilize advanced recruitment tools, systems, and sourcing technologies to identify and attract top talent.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree – required.
• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment and/or talent sourcing – required.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Facebook, job boards, and additional sourcing tools – required.
• Strong headhunting capabilities and a creative, targeted approach to talent identification.
• Strong digital skills and affinity for technology.
• Curiosity, adaptability, proactive mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills.
