Job Summary:

We are seeking a Technical Implementation Manager with system administration background. This is a technical, hands-on role with focus on managing the deployment and integration of our hardening automation for enterprise clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in system administration, server administration, and security, along with excellent customer-facing skills to guide clients through the implementation process and the on-going operation of Calcom’s platfrom.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Project Management & Implementation:

• Lead and manage the technical implementation of our cybersecurity hardening solutions for enterprise clients. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with the highest quality standards.

Technical Integration:

• Oversee the integration of security hardening for Windows servers into client environments, including customization and configuration to meet the specific needs of each client.

Customer Consultation & Support:

• Provide expert guidance to clients on best practices for security hardening, configuration, and compliance. Work closely with clients to understand their security requirements and ensure the successful deployment of solutions.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Develop clear and concise implementation documentation, including system configurations, security hardening processes, and troubleshooting steps. Prepare regular reports on project status and technical issues.

Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution:

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the implementation process. Work with internal teams to address complex problems and ensure smooth deployment.

Training & Knowledge Transfer:

• Provide training and support to clients' IT teams on the use of CalCom’s products. Help clients understand and leverage the full capabilities of the solutions to enhance their security posture.

Required Technical Skills:

• Operating Systems: In-depth knowledge of Windows Server administration. Linux knowledge – an advantage.
• Active Directory & Group Policy: Extensive experience working with Active Directory (AD) and Group Policy Objects (GPO) to manage and secure enterprise environments.
• Security Knowledge: Solid understanding of Windows security best practices. Familiarity with CIS benchmarks and security hardening guidelines is an advantage.
• Scripting & Automation: Experience with PowerShell and VBScript for automation and troubleshooting. Experience with MS SQL - advantage.
• Compliance & Hardening: Knowledge of security hardening practices and compliance standards, such as NIST, PCI DSS, or HIPAA, is a strong advantage.

• Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting:
• Proven ability to learn quickly, troubleshoot complex issues, and develop solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Client-Facing Skills:
• You will interact directly with enterprise clients worldwide, so strong communication, presentation, and customer support skills are crucial. You must be able to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Communication:
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including senior stakeholders and technical teams.
• Work flexible hours at times to accommodate sessions with customers in different time zones.
