Database Administrator Team Lead

Comblack is hiring a DBA Team!

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a DBA team in a complex enterprise environment.
• Take ownership of database infrastructure supporting core business applications.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance for Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server environments.
• Lead database performance optimization and troubleshooting activities.
• Work closely with development, infrastructure, and application teams.
• Drive operational excellence, stability, and continuous improvement of database platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Oracle and/or MSSQL DBA.
• 3+ years of experience managing a DBA team in an enterprise organization.
• Strong infrastructure and application-oriented experience.
• Proven experience with Performance Tuning – mandatory.
• Strong leadership skills, system-level perspective, and the ability to manage complex environments.
• Experience working in financial organizations – an advantage.
