Architect / Architectural Engineer JB-5317

A leading company specializing in prefabricated construction is seeking an Architect or Architectural Engineer (Practical Engineer) to join its professional, high-quality, and growing team.

We are recruiting both experienced Architects and Architectural Engineers, as well as entry-level Architectural Engineers with no prior experience who demonstrate high motivation, a strong willingness to learn and develop, and a desire to build a long-term career with the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and advance projects in the field of prefabricated construction.
• Work with the Rishuy Zמין (Online Licensing) system and manage permitting processes with the relevant authorities.
• Prepare architectural plans and coordinate with consultants and other professional stakeholders.
• Manage and lead multiple projects simultaneously.
• Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Architect or Architectural Engineer (Practical Engineer).
• Previous experience in the field – a significant advantage.
• Full proficiency in AutoCAD – mandatory.
• Experience working with Revit – an advantage.
• Knowledge of and experience with the Rishuy Zamin (Online Licensing) system – mandatory.
• Ability to manage and lead multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• High level of responsibility, organization, accuracy, and diligence.
• Initiative, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently.
