Development Team Lead

Comblack is hiring a Full Stack Team Lead!

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a Full Stack development team.
• Combine hands-on development with technical leadership.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to developers.
• Establish and maintain engineering standards and best practices.
• Lead Agile delivery processes and ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, QA, and other technology teams to deliver scalable digital solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in web development within digital environments.
• Proven experience managing a software development team.
• Experience conducting code reviews, mentoring developers, and leading technical standards.
• Strong hands-on experience with Angular and .NET.
• Experience working in Agile environments, delivery methodologies, and Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Experience with AWS.
• Experience using AI-powered development tools.
