Mobile Manager

COMBLACK is hiring a Mobile Development Team Lead (React Native)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 5–7 React Native developers
• Drive end-to-end mobile application development
• Define architecture and promote high coding standards and best practices
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and business stakeholders
• Support technical decision-making and ensure successful project delivery

What are we looking for?

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience developing applications with React Native
• Previous experience as a Team Lead or Tech Lead within a mobile development team
• Strong experience with TypeScript and JavaScript
• Proven experience leading end-to-end mobile application development, including architecture and code quality
• Excellent communication skills and experience working closely with product and business teams
