🚀 We're Hiring: LLM Product Manager | Hybrid | Israel

Are you passionate about AI, Large Language Models, and building impactful products?

We're looking for an Interim LLM Product Manager to join an innovative AI team and take ownership of a fast-moving product roadmap focused on LLM-powered solutions.

What you'll do:

✨ Lead LLM product initiatives from strategy to execution.

✨ Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Business teams.

✨ Drive AI-powered features that solve real-world Talent Acquisition challenges.

✨ Define model evaluation frameworks and improve AI performance.

✨ Balance model accuracy, latency, compliance, and cost.

✨ Work closely with Customer Success to continuously improve the user experience.

What we're looking for:

✔️ 2+ years of Product Management experience.

✔️ Hands-on experience with LLM or Generative AI products.

✔️ Strong technical understanding of AI systems.

✔️ Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

✔️ HRTech experience – an advantage.
