We are looking for service-oriented representatives with professional knowledge, strong communication skills, and a genuine desire to help, for a meaningful role in our Travel customer service team

What does the role include?

Providing professional and high-quality service to Travel customers throughout the service process
Delivering answers and solutions to customer inquiries
Managing ongoing processes and handling complex service cases
Providing support to customers according to defined procedures
Taking full responsibility for customer handling from initial inquiry to resolution

Requirements:

What’s important for us that you bring?

At least 4 months of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment
Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to clearly explain information
Availability for full-time work, including rotating shifts
A strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
