Network & Information Security Engineer | Central Israel

Mertens Malam Team is hiring a Network & Information Security Engineer to join a leading technology company in Central Israel. This role offers end-to-end responsibility for designing, planning, and leading enterprise network and security architecture while working hands-on in complex Data Center environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, plan, and lead enterprise network and information security architecture

Work hands-on in complex Data Center environments

Monitor network performance, analyze traffic, and troubleshoot complex issues

Manage and maintain enterprise networking infrastructure across multiple sites and users

Work with Network Security, Firewalls, NAC, Cisco Nexus, Cisco, Juniper, and OSPF technologies

Lead troubleshooting processes in a secure and classified environment

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience as a Network and Information Security Engineer in an enterprise environment

Hands-on experience designing complex network architectures and troubleshooting Layer 2 and Layer 3 routing and switching

Experience working with Firewalls, NAC, Cisco Nexus, and Cisco or Juniper networking equipment

CCNA certification is required

Knowledge of the OSPF routing protocol

Experience working with monitoring systems and Data Center environments
