Salesforce Project Manager | Jerusalem

Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a Salesforce Project Manager to join a government security organization in Jerusalem

The role includes leading end-to-end technology projects, managing requirements and specifications, collaborating with business and technical stakeholders, overseeing project timelines, budgets, and vendors, and supporting development, testing, training, and deployment activities. The position also includes managing projects outside the Salesforce domain

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technology projects from initiation through production

Manage business requirements and functional specifications

Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors

Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables

Support development, testing, training, and implementation processes

Lead technology projects across Salesforce and additional enterprise platforms

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience managing CRM or ERP projects

Proven experience with Salesforce projects is a significant advantage

Experience managing vendors and working with multiple stakeholders

Experience writing project initiation, requirements, and specification documents

Full proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong presentation skills
