Senior Accountant | Hybrid

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our finance team and support accounting operations, financial reporting, analysis, and compliance processes. This role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional with strong knowledge of US GAAP, experience in complex financial environments, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality standards.

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for executing accounting processes, preparing financial reports, supporting audits, analyzing financial data, and identifying opportunities for process improvements. The role requires strong accounting expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute recurring accounting and compliance activities, including reconciliations, controls, and financial processes.
• Prepare financial reporting, variance analysis, and accounting reports to support business decisions.
• Perform financial analysis, identify risks, and provide insights to improve operational efficiency.
• Support internal, SOX, and external audits by ing processes and ensuring compliance with key controls.
• Ensure accurate accounting records and adherence to company policies and accounting standards.
• Apply US GAAP principles in daily accounting activities and financial reporting.
• Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes and workflows.
• Manage ation, timelines, and deliverables while proactively communicating challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders on finance-related initiatives.

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of experience in accounting / controllership roles – mandatory.
• Hands-on experience working with US GAAP accounting standards – mandatory.
• Experience working at one of the Big 4 accounting firms (Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG) – mandatory.
• Strong experience with financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounting analysis.
• Experience with monthly closing processes in a fast-paced finance environment.
• Experience supporting internal, SOX, and external audits – advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with financial data.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• High level of English – mandatory (written and spoken).
• Hebrew – mandatory.
