Data Domain Manager

We are hiring a Data Domain Manager for a government organization located in central Israel.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a large Data organization
• Define the technological architecture for complex systems
• Manage multidisciplinary teams
• Lead strategic projects
• Develop Data and Cloud infrastructures, manage vendors and budgets, promote innovation, and lead work plans with business and technology stakeholders

Requirements:

• 6 years of experience managing technology teams and at least 5 years of experience in Data, Infrastructure, Cloud, or complex Information Systems
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams of 20 employees or more, including Developers, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers, Project Managers, and DevOps Engineers
• Experience defining architecture for distributed and data-intensive systems, developing and implementing Data Lakes, Integration, Automation, large databases, and Cloud environments
• Experience managing large-scale projects, annual and multi-year work plans, budgets, vendors, and engagements, including defining KPIs and control processes
• Experience working with senior management, business and technology stakeholders, and leading innovation initiatives
