The Product Manager will help build the studio’s Product function and shape a new game from an early stage. The role combines hands-on execution with growing product ownership, turning product direction into high-quality features while proactively solving problems and driving topics forward.

We are looking for someone hungry, proactive, and highly accountable - someone who takes full ownership, drives topics forward independently, and is motivated to grow quickly into broader product responsibility.

From the start, the Product Manager will own selected features and key product processes, with the scope expanding over time based on performance and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Execution: Ensure sprint tasks are clear, prioritized, and ready for development. Identify requirements gaps, dependencies, edge cases, and execution risks, and drive open topics to resolution.
• Specifications and Documentation: Translate product direction into clear specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and up-to-date documentation aligned with UX and development.
• Product QA and Polish: Validate complete player flows, identify bugs, usability issues, missing states, and polish gaps, and help ensure features are ready for testing and release.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, UX, Creative, QA, Analytics, and Economy, provide ongoing product guidance, and ensure alignment on the expected product outcome.
• Feature and Domain Ownership: Take ownership of selected features, from definition through execution and release. Based on demonstrated success, initiative, and performance, this responsibility is expected to expand into independent ownership of broader product domains.
  
  

We are looking for someone who is:

• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks, details, dependencies, and open questions.
• Strong in execution, follow-up, prioritization, and closing open items.
• Detail-oriented and naturally able to identify unclear requirements, missing states, and edge cases.
• Proactive, independent, and focused on solutions rather than only escalating problems.
• Comfortable working closely with R&D and other cross-functional teams.
• Able to create structure in a dynamic and evolving environment without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
• A fast learner who can quickly understand new systems, tools, and product domains.
• Hands-on and comfortable working on task preparation, documentation, QA, bug reviews, and operational execution.
• Product-minded and able to evaluate the complete player experience, not only manage delivery.
• Highly motivated, open to feedback, and interested in gradually growing into broader product ownership.
