UNIQ is an Israeli dating app built specifically for people with special needs, disabilities, and mental health conditions. Our mission is to make dating and relationships genuinely accessible, and to accompany our members with professional support throughout the journey.

The Role

You will be the first human voice our members meet, and the person who keeps them supported after they join.

Intro calls with new registrants — conduct one-on-one intake conversations with people who have signed up, to assess fit for the app and confirm their agreement to our community guidelines.

Soft-sell within those calls — the intro call includes a gentle sales element: matching each person with the services that genuinely fit them.

Retention — reach out to members showing signs of disengagement and bring them back.

Lead follow-up — return calls to users who have left inquiries about services offered in the app.

First-line technical support — help members with basic app and account issues.

Marketing channel development — help build and grow the channels that bring in new registrants.

Requirements

• Required: professional experience or relevant academic background working with people with disabilities, learning differences, or mental health conditions.
• Significant advantage: experience in sales.
• Strong technological orientation and comfort with digital tools.
• Discretion, reliability, and genuine belief in the mission.
• Assertiveness, strong verbal communication, and strong sales ability.

• Scope: 50% position. Flexible schedule. Remote — work from hom.
