א. מהות התפקיד ניהול היחסים והקשר המקצועי השוטף עם חברות בתעשיית ההייטק בתל אביב-יפו – חברות בשלב הצמיחה.

אחריות לתכלול פיתוח המענים המקצועיים עבור החברות במטרה לעודד את הרחבת הפעילות שלהן והישארותן בתל אביב-יפו.

ב. כפיפות ויחסי גומלין

• כפיפות:  ראש תחום בכיר אקוסיסטם
• יחסי גומלין: עבודה מטריציונית ושיתוף פעולה הדוק עם כלל ראשי התחומים במחלקה וגורמי עירייה רלוונטיים.

ג. תכולת התפקיד:

1.      ניהול הקשר השוטף של עיריית תל אביב-יפו עם חברות הצמיחה בעיר, כחלק מצוות האקוסיסטם של תל אביב טק.

2.      אפיון הצרכים המשתנים של החברות ופיתוח מענים רלוונטיים וחדשניים עבורם.

3.      עבודה רוחבית מול כלל גורמי האקוסיסטם הרלוונטיים (קרנות הון סיכון, אקסלרטורים, חממות, חללי עבודה, יזמים, תאגידים ועוד), ליצירת שיתופי פעולה והזדמנויות עבור האקוסיסטם וחברות הצמיחה.

4.      ייזום, פיתוח והובלת פרויקטים ואירועים עבור חברות הצמיחה

5.      יצירת שיתופי פעולה בין גורמים שונים באקוסיסטם ובין האקוסיסטם לגורמים עירוניים.

6.       נוכחות והשתתפות פעילה באירועים, כנסים ומפגשים רלוונטיים באקוסיסטם.

ד. דרישות התפקיד וכישורים נדרשים

דרישות סף

• תואר אקדמי רלוונטי (יחסים בינלאומיים, מנהל עסקים, כלכלה, יזמות וכדומה).

·        לפחות 3 שנות ניסיון בתפקיד רלוונטי באקוסיסטם הטכנולוגי/חדשנות (למשל: ניהול קהילה, פיתוח עסקי, ניהול פרויקטים, קשרי משקיעים, עבודה מול סטארטאפים).

• שליטה מלאה בשפות עברית ואנגלית (רמת שפת אם)

·        היכרות מעמיקה עם אקוסיסטם החדשנות הישראלי והתל אביבי בפרט – שחקנים מרכזיים, מגמות, צרכים ואתגרים.יכולת מוכחת בבניית וניהול מערכות יחסים וקשרים עם מגוון רחב של גורמים.

·        ניסיון בהובלת פרויקטים ארוכי טווח משלב הרעיון ועד לביצוע.

·        יכולת עבודה עצמאית, יוזמה ויכולת הנעת תהליכים ואנשים.  

·        יכולת עבודה בסביבה דינמית וריבוי משימות.

Ecosystem Lead - Scaleup Companies - Tel Aviv Tech

A. Role Overview

Managing and nurturing ongoing professional relationships with tech companies across Tel Aviv-Yafo, with a strong focus on Scaleups. Driving the development and execution of tailored, high-impact solutions for these companies to support their growth and ensure their long-term presence in Tel Aviv-Yafo.

B. Reporting Structure & Key Relationships

• Direct Manager: Senior Ecosystem Lead
• Key Relationships: Working in a matrix structure and collaborating closely with Domain Leads across the department and key municipal stakeholders.

C. Key Responsibilities

1. Managing relationships: Serving as the key focal point between the Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality and local Scaleup companies as part of the Tel Aviv Tech ecosystem team.
2. Identifying needs & driving solutions: Mapping the evolving challenges of Scaleups and developing innovative, value-adding programs and solutions.
3. Ecosystem engagement: Partnering cross-functionally with VCs, accelerators, incubators, hubs, entrepreneurs, and corporations to unlock growth opportunities and strategic synergies.
4. Leading initiatives & events: Initiating, designing, and executing flagship projects, programs, and events tailored specifically for Scaleups.
5. Bridging public & private sectors: Fostering strategic collaborations between ecosystem actors and municipal bodies.
6. Representing Tel Aviv Tech: Maintaining an active, visible presence in relevant ecosystem events, conferences, and meetups.

D. Requirements & Qualifications

Must-Haves:

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree (International Relations, Business Administration, Economics, Entrepreneurship, or a related field).
• 3+ years of experience in a key ecosystem/innovation role (e.g., Community Management, Business Development, Project Management, Investor Relations, or working directly with startups and Scaleups).
• Native-level fluency in both Hebrew and English (written and spoken).
• Deep understanding of the Israeli and Tel Aviv tech ecosystem — key players, market trends, growth challenges, and opportunities.
• Proven track record in stakeholder management, networking, and relationship building.
• Hands-on experience leading complex, long-term projects end-to-end (from vision to execution).
• Proactive self-starter with strong leadership skills and the ability to drive processes independently.
• High agility, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and capable of managing multiple priorities seamlessly.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Master’s / Advanced Academic Degree.
• Prior experience working with government entities or local municipalities.
• Prior experience working with international organizations or global entities.

Working Hours & Location

• Scope: Full-time (9:00 – 17:30) with flexibility and willingness to work intensive / non-standard hours when needed.
