Temporary Risk Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze benchmark reports, Key Risk & Compliance Indicators, and business data to identify trends and insights.
• Support Risk & Compliance Managers with monitoring activities, remediation follow-up, and reporting.
• Maintain and manage risk data structures, including data mapping and correlation analysis.
• Operate and administer the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) system, including user management, reporting, and monitoring.
• Consolidate data from business units, perform quality checks, analyze trends, and compare results against previous reporting periods.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Accounting, Law, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a Risk Associate or similar risk management role.
• High level of professional business communication.
• Strong understanding of risk management frameworks.
• Practical knowledge of SOX principles and processes – an advantage.
• Experience working with AI and analytical tools.
• Proactive approach, strong teamwork skills, and data-driven mindset.
