VP Construction & Project Delivery

Location: Herzliya, Israel | Frequent travel to project sites

Reporting to: CEO

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the company's Construction & Project Delivery function across all Data Center projects.
• Assume full responsibility for project execution from Design Handover through Construction, Commissioning, Integrated Systems Testing (IST), and Operational Readiness.
• Build, lead, and develop the Construction & Project Delivery organization, including Project Managers, Site Managers, and construction leadership teams.
• Manage EPC contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and all key project stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and implement governance frameworks, project controls, KPIs, and construction best practices across all projects.
• Lead Value Engineering, Change Management, Cost Control, Risk Management, and Claims Management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular executive reporting on project performance, including schedule, budget, risks, key milestones, and mitigation plans.
• Manage interfaces with clients, design teams, contractors, regulatory authorities, utilities, and other external stakeholders.
• Establish scalable delivery processes and operational standards to support the company's continued growth and the successful execution of multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• MBA or Master's degree – an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum of 12 years of experience leading large-scale EPC or Design & Build projects.
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role in Construction, Project Delivery, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex, MEP-intensive infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing projects with budgets of several hundred million dollars or more.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
• Extensive experience managing EPC contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, stakeholder management, and organizational development capabilities.

Technical Expertise

• Thorough understanding of the full project lifecycle, including Design Handover, Construction, Commissioning, Integrated Systems Testing (IST), Handover, and Operational Readiness.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, electrical infrastructure, HVAC systems, construction methodologies, and critical infrastructure.
• Experience with Project Controls, Cost Control, Risk Management, Claims Management, and construction governance.
• Familiarity with international construction quality, health & safety, and regulatory standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering Data Centers, Hyperscale facilities, or other Mission Critical infrastructure projects.
• Experience in the energy, semiconductor, industrial, or other complex infrastructure sectors.
• International project delivery experience.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
