We build agentic AI systems that analyze performance data, generate diverse playable and video ad concepts, deploy them to ad networks, and continuously learn from the results. The full creative loop. Automated, and done better than humans only.

Our system doesn't remix templates. It creates fundamentally different creative hypotheses, each one built from real performance signals.

About The Role

You leverage AI tools to build the software our revenue team runs on: the system Finance closes the month with, the intel platform Sales prospects from, the AI agents that handle the recurring work in between. Everything you ship goes to production and gets used by the people sitting next to you.

Responsibilities:

• You'll build the operating system behind our revenue team.
• AI agents. Internal apps. Automations. Sales tools. Marketing infrastructure. Customer Success workflows.
• If it helps the business move faster, you'll probably build it.

• You think like a product builder, not a ticket closer.
