Are you at the beginning of your procurement career and looking for an opportunity to learn, grow, and make an impact? PassportCard is looking for a motivated Procurement Specialist to join our Finance team and take part in managing diverse procurement activities across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Obtain vendor quotations and lead commercial negotiations.
• Manage purchase orders, invoices, agreements, and ongoing procurement operations.
• Collaborate with a wide range of business and technology stakeholders across the organization.
• Prepare commercial comparisons and evaluate alternative solutions.
• Monitor and track processes, statuses, and timelines to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes, from initial business need through contract execution.
• Identify risks, highlight gaps, and drive effective solutions.
• Participate in initiatives focused on process optimization and automation.

Requirements

• Up to 3 years of experience in Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Procurement – an advantage.
• Military service experience in procurement, logistics, or purchasing roles – an advantage.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience using AI tools.
• Excellent English communication skills – mandatory.
• Proven ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders, including senior management.
• Strong analytical thinking, initiative, and process-driving capabilities.
• Familiarity with procurement systems and technology procurement – an advantage.
