Consolidation Controller
A public group is seeking an experienced Consolidation Controller to join its finance leadership team and work closely with the Group CFO.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial reporting processes, including consolidation, SOX compliance, Board reporting, and stock exchange filings.
- Analyze financial and business data to support decision-making.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional financial projects.
- Monitor implementation of work plans, processes, and procedures.
- Prepare presentations and materials for management and Board meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA certification
- Experience in a similar role within a publicly traded company – mandatory.
- Background in a Big 5 accounting firm – mandatory.
- Proven experience in financial reporting, consolidation, SOX, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical abilities, initiative, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
