Quality Department Manager

A leading defense technology company, developing and manufacturing advanced systems for international markets, is seeking a Quality Department Manager to lead and drive the organization's quality operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Quality Department.
• Oversee quality management systems and ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.
• Lead internal and external audits.
• Manage root cause investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing and/or defense industry environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings – mandatory.
• Engineering degree and/or formal training in Quality Management – advantage.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and additional quality standards.
• Experience in electronics, mechanics, or optics industries.
